Roy and Daniel are one of customers, from Israel. They visited us yesterday. It was the first time for them to visit us. The founder Roy, how to say, he is a very efficient person. For some reason, I like this kind of efficient way of working.

During our past business, although we have something problems sometimes, anyway we solve the problems one by one together. For a manufacturer, no one factory won’t meet problems or produce some defective products. I think the most important thing is that the attitude to solve the problem. Face the problem, and solve it with positive attitude to keep customer’s interests.
